Delivery Information

Order Processing

Orders will be processed from our warehouse and sent via courier. Packages are normally processed and shipped the next day, but during busier periods, please allow up to 5-7 working days to receive your order.

Shipping

Products will be delivered to your chosen address, so please ensure all delivery details including your postcode are correct at the time of ordering.

Orders should get to you within 2-3 days, however, it can take longer dependent on factors outside of our control.

In the event that an order is returned to us, we offer a complimentary second shipping attempt. We will reach out to you to confirm the details, and it may be necessary to provide an alternative shipping address.

Delivery Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €4,99 per order. To avail of FREE delivery, all orders must exceed the minimum order value of €60.

Returns
