Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed and shipped the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days. During busier periods, please allow up to 5 to 7 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat €4.99 per order. Orders over €60 ship free.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the European Union from our fulfilment partners.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of every order.
What if my parcel comes back to you?
If a parcel is returned to us, we offer a free second delivery attempt. We will contact you to confirm the details.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For deliveries within the EU you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, no reason needed.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements and skincare cannot be returned. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@bianvie.com with your order number. If the return is accepted, we send you a return label and instructions. Parcels sent without a return request cannot be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may need a little extra time.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Please contact us right away with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right.
Formulas and use
How should I take the supplements?
The recommended daily dose is shown on each product page under How to take it and on the label. Please do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Can I combine several formulas?
Many of our formulas are designed to work well together, which is why we offer bundles. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor first.
Who develops the formulas?
Every formula is developed by Dr. med. Bianka Többen, a medical doctor with more than 30 years in natural and preventive medicine.
Are your products medical treatment?
No. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. With an account you can track orders, save addresses and collect BianVie Rewards points.
